An alto saxophonist born in 1975, Géraldine Laurent surprised many with her
first album, Time Out Trio, released in 2007, which won her a Victoire du jazz
award and the Prix Django Reinhardt. She confirmed this in 2010 with Around
Gigi, a tribute to the elder Gigi Gryce with her own compositions, recorded with
