Born in Montreal, Canada to a Canadian mother and Colombian father, actress and
singer Flora Martinez spent her early years in both Vancouver and Bogota. She
began her career acting in TV shows before training at the New York
Conservatory. She has appeared in several films, the best known being 'Rosario
Tijeras' in which she played the title role in 2005.
After several years as an actress, Martinez released her debut solo album
'Flora' in 2016, containing popular tracks 'Happy', 'The Captain of Her Heart'
