Ferrante & Teicher, an American piano duo consisting of Arthur Ferrante and
Louis Teicher, met while studying at the Juilliard School of Music in New York
and began performing as a piano duo while still students. After graduating, they
launched a full-time concert career in 1947. Between 1950 and 1980, Ferrante &
Teicher became a major American easy listening act, scoring four significant US
