Felipe Antonio Pirela Morón, born on September 3, 1940, in Maracaibo, Venezuela,
was a singer-songwriter and musician. He formed the group Los Happy Boys at 13
and later joined Ondas del Lago TV. In 1960, he signed with Billo's Caracas
Boys, where his popularity grew significantly alongside fellow singer Cheo
García Añez. In September 1963, he left the orchestra to pursue a solo career
and moved to Mexico, releasing his first solo album Un Solo Camino: México.
