Amelia Murray, known professionally as Fazerdaze, was born in 1993 in
Wellington, New Zealand. She began her musical journey at age 13 playing guitar.
In 2014, while studying music at the University of Auckland, Murray released her
debut EP Fazerdaze, marking her breakthrough. In May 2017, she released her
first full-length album Morningside, which included the viral hit single "Lucky
Girl." After extensive touring, Murray took a hiatus due to burnout and personal
