Fairuz Hussein
Fairuz Hussein is a Malaysian R&B/Jazz singer, songwriter and producer born on
October 12, 1965, in Kuala Lumpur. After gaining recognition when her talent was
discovered by producer Adnan Abu Hassan while singing at the Holiday Inn, she
released her first EP titled Kali Pertama, in 1988 featuring popular singles
like "Segala Cinta Ini" and "Lembayung Sepi." This paved the way for her debut
album, Fairuz Hussein, in 1989, followed by Pilihan Terbaik Fairuz Hussein in
