Eric Hutchinson
Eric Hutchinson, born September 8, 1980 in Takoma Park, Maryland, is an American
singer-songwriter known for his folk pop and pop rock music. He grew up as the
son of Royal Hutchinson and Jean Engel, graduating from Montgomery Blair High
School before attending Emerson College in Boston. In 2005, Eric Hutchinson
signed with Madonna's Maverick Records, but the label shut down before his album
was released. He independently recorded and released Sounds Like This in 2007,
