Country songwriter, guitarist, pianist and singer Eric Church was born in
Granite Falls, North Carolina, on May 3, 1977. He studied business before moving
to Nashville to try his luck in music. He signed a contract with Capitol
Nashville, which enabled him to record his first single "How 'Bout You",
followed by the album Sinners Like Me (2006), in a country-rock style. Two other
tracks hit the country Top 20: "Two Pink Lines" and "Guys Like Me". Three years
