Emily Burns
Emily Burns, born 22 September 1994 in Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland, is a
British singer‑songwriter who began her musical journey in Rugby, Warwickshire.
Burns entered the Live and Unsigned competition in 2010, reaching the final and
performing at the indigO2, after which she was signed by Rob Cass to Cave
Productions and released the single "Plasters, Glitter and Glue". She worked at
Abbey Road Studios in 2014, meeting producer Sound Of Fractures who produced her
first major single "Take It Or Leave It" in November 2016. Burns signed to 37
