Dina Hayek, born Collet Bou Gergis on June 10, 1982, in Joünié, Lebanon, is a
Lebanese singer. She began her career as a solo artist in 1999 after being
discovered by composer George Mardorzian and studied music at the University
Saint-Esprit de Kaslik. Her debut album Sehir Al Gharam was released in 2003
under Music Master International. Hayek's breakthrough came with her second
album Katabtillak, released in 2005 under Rotana Records, which included hits
like "Katabtillak" and "Dark el-Hawa'a". Her third album, Ta'ala Albi (2006),
featured the title track but faced lower sales....
