Diego Daza, born April 25, 1987, in Valledupar, Colombia, is an acclaimed singer
and songwriter who performs in the vallenato genre. He has made a name for
himself not only with his own songs but also through compositions created for
renowned artists such as Silvestre Dangond, Martín Elías, Peter Manjarrés,
Felipe Peláez, and el Binomio de Oro. His music combines the sounds of
traditional vallenato with brighter, more contemporary, and danceable sounds.
