The Gerd Show is a German comedy and satire music project that combines
political parody with pop and pop song structures. The central member is Elmar
Brandt, born on September 20, 1971 in Düsseldorf. He speaks and sings all the
lyrics himself and parodies the former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder. From
1999, the Gerd show focuses on musical satire, political exaggeration and
