Deine Lakaien
Deine Lakaien, a German band project, was formed in 1985 by vocalist Alexander
Veljanov and composer/multi-instrumentalist Ernst Horn. Veljanov, born in the
Republic of North Macedonia, met Horn in Munich while studying film and theatre.
Their debut album Deine Lakaien, released in April 1986, was self-distributed
with an edition of 500 records. The track "Colour-Ize" became an underground
hit, though the band's success remained locally restrained until they signed
