Coelho
Real name Hugo Papin, the Nantes-born rapper takes his pseudonym Coelho in
reference to Brazilian writer Paulo Coelho, author of L'Alchimiste. He made his
debut in 2017 with the Philadelphia EP, produced by his brother BeDar. He
followed this up with the albums Vanités (2018), Odyssée (2020) and Un jour de
moins (2022), all released on the Mezoued Records label, founded by Tunisiano.
In 2023, his participation in season 2 of the Nouvelle École TV show brought him
to the attention of a wider audience. He reached the final of the contest
