Chiaki Ishikawa is a Japanese singer-songwriter and composer best known as the
vocalist of the duo See-Saw, alongside Yuki Kajiura. She began her career under
the name Chiaki Ishikawa and later performed solo under the alias "Somali"
during See-Saw’s hiatus from 1995 to 2001. After See-Saw resumed activities in
2001, Ishikawa contributed lyrics for major anime theme songs, including "Anna
ni Issho Datta no ni" for Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and "Kimi wa Boku ni Niteiru"
for Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY. In 2003, she officially relaunched her solo
