Charlyne Yi
Charlyne Yi, born Charlyne Amanda Yi on January 4, 1986, in Fontana, California,
is an American musician and actor. Raised in a multicultural environment with
Filipino, Mexican, and Korean heritage, Yi began performing during high school.
In 2006, Yi released The Farewell Album as part of the band The Glass Beef,
which they formed with Paul Rust. As a solo artist, Yi released their first
album Purity in 2010, followed by Live from Hell in 2015, and Woman of the Sea
in 2018. In 2024, Yi announced that they have changed their name to Lo Mutuc.
