Chambao
Chambao is a Spanish music project founded in Málaga by María del Mar Rodríguez
Carnero, known as La Mari, who serves as vocalist and principal songwriter,
together with cousins Daniel and Eduardo Casañ. The trio began rehearsing in the
Pedregalejo neighborhood in 2001, later collaborating with producer Henrik
Takkenberg; their first release, the compilation Flamenco Chill, combined
flamenco palos with electronic chill‑out elements and achieved commercial
success. In 2003, the album Endorfinas en la mente was issued, featuring the
single "Ahí estás tú" and earning triple platinum...
