Chae-yeon Lee, known professionally as Chae Yeon, was born Lee Jin-sook on 10
December 1978, in Seoul, South Korea. She is a singer who began her career in
Japan as part of the group Brand New Biscuits in 2001. After returning to Korea,
she debuted under her new stage name of Chae Yeon with the album It's My Time in
