Cassandra Steen is a German singer, songwriter and voice actress who first stepped into the spotlight as the lead singer of the pop trio Glashaus. Steen was born in Ostfildern-Ruit near Stuttgart, Germany in 1980. Her career began a little before Glashaus started up when she recorded backing vocals for the song 'Telefonterror' by German rap act Freundeskreis. A few years later Steen re-appeared fronting Glashaus alongside producers Moses Pelham and Martin Haas on the label Pelham Power Productions.
