Cashmere
American soul and dance-pop group, Cashmere, formed in 1982 and consisted of
Dwight Dukes, McKinley Horton on keyboards, Daryl Burgee on drums, and vocalist
Keith Steward. The group's breakthrough came with their debut single "Do It
Anyway You Wanna", which peaked at number 21 on the US Billboard Dance charts
and number 35 on the R&B charts in 1983. This success was followed by another
notable release, "Can I", which reached number 29 on the same chart. Cashmere's
