Carmeline
Carmeline, a self-taught artist born in Vienna of a French mother and a
Palestinian father, has established herself as a singular voice on the French
rap scene. Singer, rapper, songwriter and producer, she fuses oriental sounds
and urban influences in tracks such as "ALI-EN", selected for the Nike "Play
New" campaign, and "23H59", which reflect her mixed and committed identity. Her
name, inspired by Mount Carmel in Haifa, symbolizes her proud Palestinian roots.
