Burhan Genç Koç (January 20, 1983), who goes by Burhan G, is a Danish R&B and pop singer of Kurdish heritage who had a stint with hip-hop performers Outlandish before going solo in 2003. His 2004 debut recording, “Playground,” went to Number 29 on the Denmark Albums Chart and he won the Danish Music Award for Best Danish Newcomer.
