Brother Cane was an American rock band from Alabama formed in 1990 by Damon
Johnson and Glenn Maxey. Their debut album, Brother Cane, released in 1993,
peaked at Number 14 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart, with the single "Got No
Shame" reaching Number 2 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. After line-up
changes, their second album, Seeds (1995), featured the hit single "And Fools
