Brian Tarquin, born December 2, 1965 in New York City, is an American guitarist
and composer. He attended prestigious private schools and studied music
composition at Mannes College of Music before moving to California. Tarquin
began his career as an assistant engineer at Electric Lady Studios and Far &
Away Studios, later working on jingle production for Look & Company. In 1993, he
released his debut album Ghost Dance, followed by Last Kiss Goodbye, marking a
shift from rock fusion to contemporary jazz instrumental. His subsequent albums
