Born on July 18, 1949 in North Bay, Ontario, he is a Canadian singer and
bassist. He began his career as a singer in 1969 with the progressive rock band
Chimo! When the band split up in 1971, he continued his career in various
projects and groups throughout most of the '70s. In 1977, Breen Leboeuf was put
in touch with the Offenbach boys, who were touring Ontario to promote their
album Never Too Tender . A year later, the band invited Breen Leboeuf to meet
