Boom Boom Kid
Boom Boom Kid was the solo project of Carlos Rodríguez, a musician from Buenos
Aires, Argentina, known for blending rockabilly, psychobilly, hardcore, and
psychedelic punk influences. Rodríguez, previously known as Nekro and frontman
of Fun People, adopted the stage name Boom Boom Kid and released his first
single "Abrazame / I Do" in 2000. This was followed by Okey Dokey in 2001 under
his own label Ugly/Las Feos Records; the album introduced the high‑pitched,
