Bell X1 is an Irish rock band formed in County Kildare in 1999, originally
comprising Paul Noonan, David Geraghty and Dominic Phillips. The group emerged
from the earlier band Juniper, adopting the name Bell X1 after Paul Noonan read
Tom Wolfe’s The Right Stuff. Their debut album, Neither Am I, was released on 13
October 2000, followed by Music in Mouth in 2003, which achieved double platinum
