Arena Hash, a Peruvian rock band formed in Lima in 1984, originated from an earlier group called Paranoia, which was founded by Pedro Suárez-Vértiz at Colegio María Reina. The band's breakthrough came in 1988 with the local hit "Cuando La Cama Me Da Vueltas" from their self-titled debut album Arena Hash. This album also featured notable tracks such as "Me Resfrié en Brasil" and "Stress."
