Annemarie Eilfeld was born on May 2, 1990 in Lutherstadt Wittenberg and grew up in Dessau-Roßlau. She started with music and dance as a child. Her first public appearances followed on casting shows such as Star Search (2004). Her breakthrough to a wider audience came with Deutschland sucht den Superstar (2009), where she reached the semi-finals. In 2010, she released the single "Animal Instinct", which reached number 22 in Germany. The German-language album Großstadtprinzessin ("Big City Princess") followed in 2011.
