Amanda Benedicta Antony, known professionally as Amanda Black, was born on July
24, 1993, in Mthatha, Eastern Cape, South Africa. She is a singer-songwriter who
began her career at the age of six singing in church choirs. In 2016, Black
gained recognition after releasing “Amazulu”, which was nominated for several
music awards and became commercially successful. Her debut studio album Amazulu
