Albin De La Simone, son of a trumpeter born in Amiens on December 14, 1970, is a French songwriter, composer, singer and instrumentalist. After collaborating with some of the biggest names in French variety (including Alain Souchon and Vanessa Paradis), he recorded his homonymous debut album in 2003, which established him as one of the new generation of French chanson à texte.
