Adeem the Artist, born in 1988 in Locust, North Carolina, is an American
singer-songwriter. At age 12, Adeem moved to Syracuse, New York, and began
performing on cruise ships at 20. After relocating to Knoxville, Tennessee,
Adeem started recording music, releasing The Living Room Tapes in 2011 and
[Syracuse.] in 2013. Other notable releases include the EP Beautiful Dreamer
(2014) and the albums Kyle Adem is Dead (2016) and Forgotten Songs & American
