Camden-born and Brighton-based, AC13 (Jay Carmen) has emerged as a dynamic force
in UK drum & bass since breaking through in 2018. His signature sound fuses
hypnotic jungle drums, dark rollers, and atmospheric layers—designed to
captivate both underground clubs and major festival stages. He built momentum
with viral bootleg remixes and original tracks on respected labels like Soulvent
and Born on Road before tracks like “Visions” (2023) and "Face2face" (2025) drew
praise for their energy. In 2025, the Enei remix of his track "The Virus" became
a minor hit in the UK.
